No Bake Chocolate Cake Recipe Review

In no way was this a cake! It's a dark chocolate tuffle. Don't get me wrong I loved it, but don't call something a cake when it isn't. This reminds me of my expensive truffle chocolates I buy on special occasions. I'm not sure if this is any cheaper since I used belgian chocolate which isn't always the cheapest, but it's yummy. I loved the idea of ground espresso beans ( I used starbucks espresso beans and ground them up into a fine powder via my magic bullet) in the mix and it's a nice touch, but I will be leaving them out the next time I make this. It takes a little longer to set than stated, but then again I didn't have a small cake pan so I used a small bowl. So it was an okay pudding like conistancy when we tried it the night I made it, but was way better the next day. It' going to take a while to finish it up since it's so rich, but that'show I go through my candy when I buy it.
